Since 1981, Susan Shoffner has provided clients with unmatched customer service and memorable yacht charter vacations.  As a veteran boater herself, she understands the importance of representing impeccable charters as well as artfully matching amenities and activities to the needs and desires of her clients.

Susan’s expertise has evolved over 20 years beginning with Norwalk Yacht Charters operating a bareboat fleet of Bristol Sailboats and Grand Banks Trawlers out of Norwalk, CT.  Later, she included crewed yacht charters and, at the urging of her clients, expanded their offering to include the Caribbean.

In 1984, Susan became the Stateside Representative for Tortola Marine Management Ltd. (later called TMM Bareboat Vacations) where she stayed until January, 2002 when they relocated their offices to Wisconsin.
